Dharahara: The Bhimsen Tower

Yesterday I went downtown with a classmate to pick up some art supplies and while we were there we had a little time to kill and so hiked up the 213 steps of the Bhimsen Tower for a look over the city. At 61.88 meters, this is the tallest structure in the Kathmandu Valley, first built in 1825 and later rebuilt after most of it fell in an earthquake in 1934.
